03 Important Notes

After making the payment of the domain transfer fee, if your old registrar has not approved the transfer request or cancelled it for any reason, you will get a full refund excluding taxes (GST 18%).

  • chevron_right If you purchase any hosting plans with a free domain, if you claim a refund, the refund will be provided excluding domain standard fees according to your account currency.

cancel No-Refund Applicable

  • chevron_right Monthly plans and renewal invoices.
  • chevron_right Accounts suspended due to Abuse Policy or ToS violations.
  • chevron_right Copyright infringement or phishing violations.
  • chevron_right Cancel your service after the renewal of service (Any Reason).
  • chevron_right Issues related to user-level code or third-party software compatibility.

How to cancel and get a refund?

Submit a cancellation request via the Client Area.

Open a support ticket with the billing team within 30 days of purchase.

The billing team will review the request.

Refunds will be issued via UPI or bank transfer (for Indian customers) or PayPal (for customers outside India).

Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days from the cancellation request date.

Refund is subject to no violations of Acceptable Use Policy, Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cancellation and Refund Policy.
